Happenstance gave me the distinct pleasure of being introduced to Heidi Gowing by a family friend. Her many years of practicing a speciality in her field made her expertise valuable to me as a client. She navigated my many concerns and questions with tact and grace. Admittedly, I am not an easy person to please. I loathe to suffer incompetence. Only with the advantage of hindsight am I able to properly appreciate the clutch advice at critical moments that she offered. I am happy to recommend her to people in my personal circles and to strangers, if they're lucky. Bottom line, most people I don't enjoy getting to know. Heidi is an exception. Thanks Heidi!
